Shipping policy
*Orders are processed M-F 10am-5pm (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)
*Orders are shipped by priority mail. Certain orders ship within 1-2 business days such as clothing, pre-made trays,beauty items, clothing, etc. Allow 1-4 days on custom orders.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order is shipped out. When checking out please make sure you have the correct address in the lines. Prettyyfacee Collections is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or incorrect shipping address. If we feel the there are any mishaps in your address we will contact you as soon as possible. If there is no response within 2 days your order will be refunded.Â
If you realized that you have entered the wrong address contact us ASAP at Prettyyfaceec@gmail.com  so we can work at our best to get it changed. Â
*Package Returned to Sender
If invalid address is provided at checkout, the shipping carrier will return package to our office. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable as we are not reimbursed by shipping carrier for original delivery.Â
*Order Cancel
If it is decided that you no longer want the item email as soon as possible M-F 10am-5pm. Once order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.Â
