Refunds 

There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on CUSTOM ITEMS such as trays, mirrors, beauty items, etc..........

 

****COVID19 Returns****

Due to COVID19 we are currently not taking any returns or exchanges.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items CANNOT BE RETURNED like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Damages and issues
If you receive an item that is damaged contact us IMMEDIATELY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures are needed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
